Mr. Redmond had an .enthusiastic reception at Glasgow. He scathingly denounced Sir Edward Carson, who, he said, was formerly instrumental in sending thousands to prison for acts and words which in the light of Uteter's* present gospel were innocent and 'harmless.

Mr. Redmond concluded by challenging Sir Edward Carson to accept the principle of Home Rulo, and ho would then discuss with him every detail of the Bill.
