ORIGINATING SUMMONS.

Hannah Alice Harvey, for whom Mr V. 13. Atkinson appeared, petitioned for a judicial separation from her husband, John AY. Harvey, of Collingwqod. Mr J. 1\ Hnyos .appeared for respondent. The evidence, with the exception of that of one witness. William Harvey, which will bo taken to-day, was heard, and the enso adjourned until to-dnv. The Court will sit p.t vino o'clock this morning. Limtnor v. Limnier and others.— This was an originating summons for the purpose of determining the construction of a deed. Mr. E. B. Moore appeared for plaintiff and Mr. Harley for defendants. After hearing legal argument His Honour reserved judgment.
