(Received Nov. 30, 11.20 p.m.) London, Nov. 30. English corespondents at Tripoli give details of a visit to Elhenni, the scene of the Arab atrocities on the 2rd October. They state that 28 Italians were found horribly mutilated one wearing the Red Cross badge. Others were crucified and impaled on stakes.

In one case tho eyeball had been stitched through with coarse palm string. Seven Bersaglieri were discovered burio:! with their heads abovo ground and their hands cut off, the agonized expression in their faces justifying the presumption that they were buried alive. There were many other atrocious cases.
