TWO ASSESSORS APPOINTED

In connection with the loss of the Elingamite (Capt. Attwood) on the Three Kings and the re-hearing of the inquiry, the assessors selected to act with a Supreme Court judge are Captain Richard E. Smith, of Auckland, retired master mariner recently in the Union Company's employ, and Captain A. D. Chrisp, of Gisborn:l. master mariner formerly in the Union Company's service.
