Pretoria, July 26.

The "Volkstcin," referring to Mr Fisher's interview with the "Review of Reviews," declares that the "Volkstem" experienced a storm of criticism from the reactionary' elements in the Empire because it had given the world an opinion which in Canada and elsewhere had long been a common thought. It was now ratified by the Australian Premier.
