M, Cambon, the Frfeneh Ambassador has conferred at Berlin with Herr yon Kiderlen-Waechter. the German Foreign Minister. Afterwards it was semi-olticially announced that thero was no cause for disquietude witli regard to Morocco, but rather that both sides had a sincere desire to come to an understanding regarding differences.
