"The Times' " St I'etersourg correspondent states that Germany, replying to Russian queries with regard to Morocco, contends that the feus region is outside the French sphere as defined by the Algcciras agreement, and that Germany alone is entitled to safeguard German interests, it was added that the German warships would leave Agadir when the trouble disap-. peared.
