A FLOATING SPAR
The Collector of Customs, yesterday received the following telegram from biie Secretary of the Marine Department: "Inform shipmasters large spar reported to be floating end up 4§ miles from Stephen's Island, which bore west by south, J south magnetic; also large log 18 miles south-west of Rocks Point.
