RICHMOND.
The Richmond Borough Council election resulted as follows: W. Coleman 200, W. E. Wilkes 189, Henry Henman 177, Hayes Croucher 160, Thos. H. Holland 139, Wm Hunt 137, G. E. Chisnall 136, Thos Bell 125, Henry Fanzelow 105, J. A. Frost 70. The first six were elected.
Messrs A. Bensemann, Jas. Harvey, and C. Drogemul'.er, having been the only persons nominated for the three vacancies on the Upper Moutere Road Board, havo been declared duly elected.
