Wellington, April 29. Hie autuinii race meeting concluded to-day in line weather. There was some excellent racing. The totalisator investments lor the meeting reached £29,821. The results were :— Second Hurdle Handicap, 100 soys • Sunray 1, Whitestone 2, Torbelle a. Also dstarted, Bally Shannon. The latter fell, leaving Whitest-one to lead the field to the straight, where Sunray assumed the lead and won by a length. Hutt Handicap, 100 soys: My Lavycr 1, Hilarian 2, liourasque 3. Also started, Bracken, Sea Queen and tit Felix. Sea Queen led for three-quar-ters of a mile, and then gave way to My Lawyer, who won by two lengths, i Muritai Handicap, 100 soys: Silver Bullet 1, Turna 2, Montiform 3. Also started, Floater, lirown Trout, Longwood, Deploy, Odessa, Moutoa Girl, Liiius, Golden Age, Foreshot, and St Brandon. Silver Bullet went to the front coining up the straight, and won by half a length. Autumn Handicap, 325 soys: Woodhey 1, Iranui 2, Mulga Bill 3. ' Also started, Morrivonia, Vice Admin; 1 Cheddar, Dearest, Kauroa and ivingoh Vice Admiral led the field for two furlongs, followed by Mulga Bill and Kauroa. Woodhey came on the outside and won by half a length. There was a length between the second and third. New Zealand St Leger Stakes, 440 soys: Danube 1, Mira 2, St Bess 3. Danube led throughout and was never troubled, and won easily by threu lengths. Pacific Handicap of 200 soys : Royal Scotch 1, Torobintli 2, Aloha 3. Also started, Formless, Orton, Avarice, Altear, and Abercold. Terebinth jumped off with three lengths lead, and entermg the straight was headed by Royal Scotch, who won by two and a half lengths. Suburban Handicap, of 200 soys: Form!,y 1, Wimmenv 2, Jumut 3. Also started, Full Kate, Obsono, Gold Lace, Sharpshooter, Gipsy Belle ; Sunburnt, My Lawyer Zealand, Thetis and La<]y Moutoa. Won by a neck. Half a length between second and thjrd. Belmont Handicap, 100 soys: Latly Volley 1, Directiore 2, Rongomai 3. Also started, Master Sylvia, Allurement, Longstep, Mak'ara, Ahupai, Royal Kniglit, and Egypt. Won by two lengths and the same distance between second and third.
