COMMERCE CONGRESS RECOMMENDATIONS.

The Chambers of Commence Congress urged the Government to favourably consider reciprocal proposals at tho Imperial Conference. Tho Congress unanimously recommended the appointment of a Royal Commission to inquire into the wholo fiscal question, and -recommended the establishment of an Imperial Council of Commerce finally.
It is annoimced that the congress of the Chambeirs of tho Empire will meat in London in 1912.
