CORONATION EXHIBITION.
Wellington intends to celebrate the occasion of the Coronation by holding a "Coronation Exhibition," which is to be the* biggest thing of its kind held in the Dominion since the New Zealand Exhibition. Tho Wellington Industrial Association is the organising authority, and by courtesy of the Wellington Harbour Board very central and suitable premises have, been secured on Waterloo Quay—tho U shed and the now three-storey J shod, a fine brick and ferro-concrete building. Something over seventeen thousand feet of space will be available for exhibitors, a concert chamber, capable of seating over fifteen hundred people, will be provided, and the, top storey of tho J building may be utilised as a sports ground, the floor space being 246 feet long by 87 feet in width. An art gallery also will be amongst the attractions, and it is Crvident that vigorous efforts are to be made to ensure the project being carried to a successful issue. The opening is fixed for 24th May, and the exhibition will remain opon for a couple of months. Intending exhibitors should not lose any time in making application for space; an advertisement in respect to this matter appears in this issue.
