William Pattio v. the executors of Elizabeth E. Pattie, deceased. —Tliiii was an application to recall probato witih a view to having a (document, alleged to havo been executed by deceased in the presence of two witnesses, admitted to attesting probate. The executors of the deceased, objected on the giround that the document had not been executed as a testamentary document. The evidence of Frank Emery Fry and his wife Harriett Ery was taken., and t!iw cafe ridjouraed until Thursday next. Mr Maginnity for plaintiff and Mr Hayes for defendant;.
