ACCUSED FOUND NOT GUILTY

The grand jury having found a true bill against Arthur Albert N'cweo.'i, charged with committing an unnatural offeiice at Tadmor on January Ibth last, accused pleaded not guilty. Mr C. Y. Fell appeared ior the prosecution and Mr A. T. Maginnity for accused. Tim following were the jury:— Messrs H. Newport, E. Jones, 11. Nald"r, 11. Lusty. T. \ osper, A. 11. Hounsell, H. Cloiiston, l\ A. McDonald, J. T. Joyce, W. Kenning, J. Bockmann, P. JainieEon. Mr J. T. Joyce was elected foreman. His Honour prohibited the publication of the ovide/ioe. Evidence having been taken, counsel addrc*f:-d the jury, and His Honour summed up. Aftm- an hour and a quarter's retirement the jury returned with ia verdict of not guilty, and the accused was discharged.
