The tribes between Arcazarkebir and Fez are in a state of rebellion, and communication with Fez is cut off.
The Sultan sent mahallas of troops, of which two were badly cut up. They lost their artillery, and many were killed and wounded.
The rebels propose to proclaim Abdul Aziz Sultan.
