Mr Coghlan has issued a circular to the press warning fitters and ironworkers that openings are at present scarce at Sydney, and the position is not likely to improve for some, time. The Orsova took 700 third-class passengers for Australia, many being assisted, including about 100 agriculturalists and 70 female domestics for Western Australia^ whom Mr MoorOj Premier of Western Australia, ad* dressed prior to duparturo. ~
