RECOVERY OP CARGO.

Perth, April 13. Large quantities of the wrecked steametr Pericles' cargo are' being recovered. The steamer Una has secured 2000 boxes of butter and a quantity of tallow.

It is believed that tho wreck is breaking up. Steps are being taken to locate the fatal rock on which the vessel struck.

The Chief Post Office has been advised that the Pericles carried no mails for the United Kingdom. .
