(Received April 10, 5 p.m.) San Francisco, April 9. Lord Kitchener is the guest of Admiral Eberle, of San Francisco. The visitor was toasted as the greatest living general. To-day Lord Kitchener did not attend the military parade, as he was anxious to avoid public receptions and the importunities of interviewers.
