It is notified that nominations will, be received up till 4 p.m. on Monday next of five persons willing to act as directors of the Nelson Permanent Building Society, in place of Messrs Baigent, Johns and Kerr (who retire by ffluxioii of time) and Messrs Topliss and- Trask -(deceased). ■>■ -Nominations will also be.*received for two auditors for the ensuing twelve months, lhe ninety seventh series of shares will date from Monday next.
