WELLINGTON V. HAWKE'S BAY.

Napier, March 28. Tlie cricket match between the Wellington and Hawke's Bay teams was resumed to-day. Heavy showers of rain spoiled the play. When they had made 180 runs an their second innings the Wellington team declared the innings closed, -seven wickets being down. The Hawke's Bay team requiring 232 rims toy win, 'had made 31 run's for three wickets, when the rain increased and compelled a cessation of play. The match ended in a draw.
