Brown, blk i, Tutaki,. 20 acres, refused • R Came, blk xiii, Inangahua, 600 acres, adjourned for advertisement. An application by Cynthia O'Ronke to be allowed to transfer her application for a renewable lease of 975 acres in blks v and vi, Matiri district, to Hugh Ross was approved. In reference to pastoral license granted Robert Win, over SO acres, blk xii Matiri, on February 10. 1910 at an annual rentalof 2s 6d per acre applicant applied for: a rehearing, when it was rosolved. to reduce the rent to 2s PBT ttCTG. ' ' . , An application by A. J. Rogers forremission of rent on his renewable lease holding, section 20, blk v Tutakt district, was adjourned for the Ranger's report. Residence to commence within 3 months ; O.L. Elijah Burn, section 26 Murchison suburban, accepted.^ — Resolved that the land he opened on renewable lease tenure for 33 years weighted with the value of improvements effected thereon by Mr. Burn.
