[ omited Pbzss abbociatiom.] Felldlng, Mar. 8. [ At an inquest into the death of W. A. Sandilands to-day evidence shewed that a collision between cyclists was caused by deceased and another cyclist riding without lights. The jury returned a verdict of accidental death, and added a rider that the by-law regarding riding without lights should be strictly enforced.
