LAIIGE BILL FRAUD. [Peesß Association — Gopvbight.] London, Feb 17. Reuter'B Berlin correspondent states that one Lackensteen, impersonating Mr Fred Vanderbilfc, endorsed bills totalling £374,000, which Prince Miguel of liraganza was induced to give for gold, emerald and other mining shares, which are now alleged to be worthless. The Vanderbilts ha/c repudiated the endorsement on the ground that it was a forgery, s.nd £200,000 -worth of bills have fae«a seized at B&rlin. Ib is understood that Lackensteen is at Paris.
