About 19,000 Spanish troops hc-.e occupied Mount Adaten, dominating the roadways and waterways towards the interior of Morocco. They are m w fortifying. The Moors did li'it resist the Spanish occupation. The Cabinet has decided not to continue the forward campaign of the troops, «nicli return at General Manilla's discretion.
