WORKMEN OVERCOME BY FOUL AIR. EIGHT DEATHS. [Pbess Association — Ccpybight.] Received March 26, 10.4 p.m. Pretoria, March 26. - The explosion of a compressor burst the fresh air pipes at the Langllagte Deep mine, on the Rand, and 60 natives and 9 whites were overcome by foul air. Eight of the former succumbed; the whites are recovering.
