Livercargilh "March 1 12. Some time ago the Health Officer wrote to the Borough -Council complaining of defective'drainage for new buildings. The matter was referred to the Council's inspector, who reported that the Health. Officer must be labouring under a misundar standing. At to-night's meeting of the Council the Health Officer wrote that out of 24 new houses erected during the year only one was" drained -satisfactorily, and in accordance with the byJaws.
