Jington, were charged with fraying been unlawfully on railway premises. The men tfere found by Constable Drummond between midnight and one o'clock on Saturday morning sleeping in a railway carriage. Ac eased pleaded guilty and were eacb sentenced to 31 days' imprisonment in the Wellington gaol.
