FRENCH LOSSES IN ALGERIA.
Aigiers, Feb. 4. Two sergeants and thirty men have perished in too snow at Fort Hassa. A company of the Foreign Legion was surprised and scattered by the snowstorm near Fort Hassa, in Algeria. Twenty-one dead persons have already been recovered, and others are missing.
