Merit Rewarded by Court of Justice.

The acknowledged Rood quaTTiTel~ and success of SANDER & SONS' EUCALYPTI EXTRACT have bronght out many imitations, and one o&se was just tried in the Supreme Court of Viotcria, before His Honor Chief Jastioe Sir J. Madden, K.C.M.G., etc. His Honor, in giving judgment, said, with regard to the genuine Sander an" Sons' Eucalypti Extract, that wbsn ever an article is recommended to the public by reason of its good qnality, etc., i,t is not permissible to imitate any of its features. He restrained the imitators perpetually from doing so, and ordered them to pay all costs. % We publish this to afford the publio an opportunity of protecting themselves, and of scouring what is proved beyond all doubt by Bkiiled witnesses at the Supreme Court of Viotoria and many authorities to be a preparation of general merit, viz : - THE GENUINE SANDER & SUNS' PURE VOLATILE EUCALXPTI EXTRACT.
