Facts Established at Court. In an aotion, the cause of which was flagrant misuse of Sander & Sons' firm name and other gross misrepresentations by an imitating oompany, whloh was tried before His Honor Chief Justice -J. Madden, E.C.M.G., L.L.D., in the Supreme Court, at Melbourne, the proseoutibn showed : — 1. That SANDER & SONS 1 PURE VOLATILE EUCALYPTI EXTRACT contains all medioinal constituents of the Euoaiypt, in a highly refined and pure foim* 2 That it is much more powerfully healing (antiseptic) than ordinary euoalyptue preparations. 3. That it does not depress the heart like ordinary eucalyptus preparations. 4. That it contains no harmful ingredients and 5. That it is highly commended by many authorieties for the last 30 years as a safe, reliable, and effective remedy. Some imitators have tried to deceive the publio by imititing Sander & Sons' get-up, others have relied on the " just as good game.
