NAUTICAL INQUIRY.
Wellington,. June 19. The nautical enquiry into the stranding of the s.s. Huia on Long Point, on Kapiti Island, during a recnt trip from Wanganui to Wellington, resulted in Captain Dowell being censured, and being ordered to pay the costs of the inquiry.
