Auckland, May J. An interesting judgrnerifc afFecting the tailoring trade Was" given in tbe Arbitration Court to day, when Rushbrook and Bridgetnar, E. Moore, J. R. Self, drapers, were fined £5 with costs for a breach of a clause in the tailors' award, which provides that all "bespoke" work shall be done in tbe shop of the employer who takes tbe measurement, and that the suits sold as "tailormade" should be regarded as "bespoke. The respondents took the measurements for 'the {suits which Were made In a factory, though the court held on tbe evidence that the customers were not told that tbe suits were not tailor-made. Similar cbai'ges against John and George Court, drapers, were dismissed, tbe evidence snowing that tbe customers were told that the suits were chartmade and could not be fitted,
