THE CHARGES AGAINST McINTVRE.
Ghristchtirah May 1. This afternoon Mr H. W. Bishop, S.M , and the Orown Solicitor (Mr T. W Stringer) took four sets of depositions, involving five charges of theft of Exhibition space money by D. C. Molntyre, and two charges of false pretences. The first charges including the sums of £35, £19 10s, and .C 10; and- the latter charges are for passing valueless cheques. At the conclugon of the evidence the extradition -papers, warrants, and the necessary forms were filled in and completed.
