Received March 5, 11.32 p.m Pretoria. March 5 General Botha's Cabinet was sworn in before Lord Selbourne in the Parliament Hall. The ceremony was very impressive. General tiotha's nieasage through the press to'the British public says that Great Britain will never have cause to regret the trust placed in the Boer people, who have faith in tho Transvaal 9 s future, - they believe tnat prosperity and contentment are achievable by legislating in the interests of all. He declares that many difficulties are ahead, but none which, however, cannot be overcome now tho two races are co-operating for the country's good. Mr Edwaid Solomon also in a message, gives the assurance for the Boers that as far as they are concerned racialism is dead.
