He was a Macandrew scholar in political economy, was a New Zealand University scholar.in political science, and also gained honors in the same subject. Among the noted visitors to the eoloiiy at present are Sir Charles ampbeU and : his Son, Lieutenant C R Campbell, Mr John Slhaw, a Sheffield manufacturer, Hon Thomas Kean, M.L.0., of Victoria, and Mr jStubbs, the Mayor of Perth, West Australia.
