WELLINGTON.

Wellington, Judo 2i. Over four thousand people attended the memorial service held to-day at the Town Hall in connection \vitb the death of Mr Seddon. On the platform were the clergy of nearly all denominations, the Premier "and bis colleagues, and members of both branches of Legislature Mrs Seddon and family were also present. Several hymns were sung, and a special prayer was offered by the Rev. P. W. Fairclougb (Methodist). At the conclusion of the service the Dead March was played on the organ.
