SYMPATHY FROM THE DISTRICT ODDFELLOWS.
The following resolution has been forwarded to the Hon. W. HallJonas, Acting Premier: — "The Nelson District, M.U.1.0.0.F., desires to tender its sincere sorrow at the death of the Right Hon. R. J. Seddon, late Premier of the Colony, and also to express its deep sympathy with Mrs Seddon and family in their sad bereavemsent. " The Acting-Premier sent an acknowledgement in similar terms to the replies which have been forwarded to local bodies.
