Tbe acknowledged good qualities *nd success of SANDER & SON8 1 EUCALYPTI EXTRA.OT have bronght out many imitations, and one ciee was just tried in tbe Supremo Coivt of Victoria, before His Honor Chief Justice Sir J. Madden, K.C.M.G., etc: His Hdnor, in giving judgment, said, With regard to the .geouiiie Sande? and Sons' Eucalynti testraot, that whenever an article is recommended to tbe public by reason of its good cjnality; etc., it is not permissible to imitate any of its features. He restrained tbe imitators perpetually from doing so, and ordered them to pay all costs. We publish this to afford the publio an opportunity of protecting themselves, and of sacuring what is pioVed beyond all doubt by skilled witnesses at the Supreme Court of Victoria and hi any authorities to be a preparation of general merit, viz. : TBE GENUINE SANfiER & SONS 1 PURE VOLATILE EUCALYPTI EXTRACT.
