Hawera, February 14r At the races to-day the totalisator investments reached £7,075, as compared with £6,899 for the corresponding dny at last year's meeting, although to-day's attendance of the public was much poorer. Moremere Hack: Federrtion 1, Gleam 2, Pangaroa 3. Lionheart, Coleen, and Whakawea were scratched. Dividends, £2 4s and £1 ss. Whareroa Hurdles : Weary Billy 1, j Vexation 2, Khama 3. Kohinui was scratched. Dividends, £3 ls6d. and £4;ißs Gd. m?s Ohawe Hack : Lionheart 1, Inglewood 2, Little Turk 3. Geologist and Cassiopea were scratched. Marhiti and Haeroroa fell. Diridends, £3 9s 6n and £1 03 6d. Hawera Cup: Bourasaqne 1, Grenade 2, Cyrauo 3. Paritutu and Ropa were scratched. Dividends, £2 3s and £1 15s Gd. It was a grand race, the result being doubtful all the way to the home turn, when Bourassaque forged ahead, and won by half a length without the whip being used. Cyrano was two lengths away. Hack Produce Stakes: Dame Fortune 1, Chinchilla 2, Inaha 3. Park Rose aldo ran. Dividend, £11 15s 6d. Welter Stakes: Le Beau 1, Regulation 2, Tantoru 3. St, Olaimer was scratched.
