GOLDEN BAY A. & P. ASSOCIATION.
The annual meeting of the above namdd Association has jugt been held at Takaka, and our contemporary states :— -The balance sheet showed a credit balance of £67 8s 4d and the assets were valued at £550 7s 4d, and tha liabilities estimated at £3 10s. The election of officers resulted as folows:— President : Mr Jas. Manson. Vice - Presidents : Messrs E. Windle, JR. Hyland, and JR. Haldane. Hon. Treasurer: Mr J. P. Hayes (re-elected). Hon. Secretary: Mr T. Hume (reelected). Auditors : Messrs T. Syme and O. Baigent (re-elected). Committee: Messrs W. J. Reilly, I F. Page, 'J. .G. Page, A. Sinclair, IA. Hodgkinson, T. Hyland, J. Sigley, F. Gaukrodger, D. Barnett, E. Baigent, W. H. Johnston, F. Fauchelle, Jas. Page, Geo. Winter, junr., J. Solly, H. Packard, C. Page, W. Campion, G. Franklyn, H. "Page, F- Windle, J. F. Rose, P. B. Packard, and F. Reilly, The customary votes of thanks were given.
