Mr Seddon' s Premiership.

Wellington, May 3. There was a big demonstration in the Opera House last night in connection with Mr Seddon's ten years Premiership. Mr W. H. Quick, the senior member of the New Zealand Bar, presided. On the motion of Mr T. K. Macdonald, seconded by Dr. Findlay, a congratulatory resolution and address to the Premier was carried. Mr ISeddon, on rising to reply, received a great ovation. In his speech he quoted figures to show the progress the Colony had madd during the last ten years.
