Supreme Court.

Wellington, F bruary 14. In the Supreme Court, Fritz Gazern was found guilty of theft and remanded for the Probation Officer's report. George R. King was convicted of theft and sentenced to three years, his Honor remarking that he hoped the sentence would cause any other gentlemen of the prisoner's profession to emigrate from Wellington.
