Dohkdin, Deoember 1 8

In the Supreme Court, in Chambers, in re the Colonial Bank of New Zealand, a summons was granted for liberty to compromise with debtors to the said Bank, no names were to be mentioned. In the matter of the Colonial Bank and claim of John Connell, a summons for leave to commence an action was granted on security for £250 being given, and in the matter of Brooks and others v the Colonial Bank, a summons was granted for the discovery of documents.
