REDUCTION OF FREIGHTS.
Melbodbne, May 12. The Government has completed arrangements: with the Bins Aoohor and Aberdeen Shipping Companies for carrying Victorian produoe to England at substantially reduced rates from June to September. There, will be a three weekly servioe after that at intervals of from ten to fourteen days. ,
