The Aorere will probably leave Patea for Nelson tlds mornfng. The Waverley sailed for Wellington and Patea at 8 p.m yesterday. The Murray will probably leave Westport for Greymouth this morning. The Kennedy is expected to arrive at Foxton from Greymouth this morning. The Charleß Edward was to leave Foxton for Nelson last night. She should reaoh here tbis morning, and iB announced to sail for Motaeka at 8 o'olook to-night. The Lady Barkly sailed for Golden Bay at 10 o'olook last) night, and returns here tomorrow evening. The Lily leaves for Motueka at 7 a.m to-morrow. Tbe Penguin arrived from Pioton, Wellington, and South at 7 a.m yesterday, and sailed at 9.30 a.m on tbe return trip. The Wainui arrived from Wellington at 6.30 a.m yesterday, and tailed at 8.30 a.m for Greymouth direot. The Mawhera returns from West Coast ports this evening, and sails at 8.30 p.m for Wellington. The Grafton will arrive from Pioton and Wellington to-morrow morning, and sail at 10 a.m for West Coast ports. The Mahinapua will arrive from Wellington and North on Monday morning, and sail at 9 p.m for Taranaki and Manukau. Dredging operations in the harbor are now completed, and the dredge is being dismantled ready for returning to Westport It is understood that the Hinemoa will arrive here next week for the purpose of towing the dredge baok to Westport, the two hoppers, of oourse, returning at the same time. Tuesday's 'Poet' says:— Grave fears are entertained in Lyttalton for the Bafety of the ketoh Comet, whioh left Lyttelton 27 days ago for Greymouth, with 400 sacks of produce. The vobbbl was commanded by Capt. Thompson, who has bad a long experience on the New Zealand ooast, and left Lyttelton shortly before the Easter gale set in. It ia thought she must have lost some of her cargo and been blown off the shore, in which oase she would take a long time to work back again.
