To West Coast— Tuesdays and Fridays, at 7 a.m. The posting boxui in ths railway vans will be cleared at the Nelson and Belgrove ends. Paroels mails olose 80 minutes before letter mails. Paroels for overland mails mußt be presented the day previous not later than 5 pm.
