DIVORCE CASE.
Theak v. Theak and Newpobt. Mr Pitt appeared for the petitioner, George Thea*!, commercial traveller. This was a husband's petition, Helen El'za Theak being respondent, and Henry Newport, nuiseryman, Palmerston North, co-respondent. After hearing Mr Pitt, petitioner, and corespondent, the latter admitting adultery with respondent, his Honor said that the case was a clear one, and a decree nisi was granted, with leave to apply for rule absolate after the expiration of tbree months.
