To West Coast— Mondays and Ihursdays, at 3.45 p.m. Posting boxes have been affixed to the guard's van on the Nelson-Belgrove railway. Letters, etc, can now be posted at the station where the train stops. The boxes will be cleared at the Nelson and Belgrove ends. In future the Baton mail will olobb here on Wednesdays at 9 a.m., and arrive on Saturdays at 1.35 p.m. Parcels mails close 30 minutes before letter mails. Parcels for overland mails must be preented the day previous not later than 5 pm,
