THE DUKE OF YORK.
London, January 2. The ' Daily News ' urges the Dnke of York to accept the invitation to visit the colonies, and deprecates the suggestion that he should go alone. The paper adds that the tour would strengthen the ties between the colonies and the Mother Country, and the visit wonld be a living symbol of unity whioh would aaiist federation.
