The ordinary monthly meeting of the Riohmoad JSorongh Council was held on the 12tb inst., at 7.30 p.m.,- when there were present— His Worship the Mayor (Mr Talboti, in the chair, Councilors Papps, Best, Fhtali andSheai. The minutes of the last ordinary meetiDs were read and confirmed.
